UMA AVALIAÇÃO DO IMPACTO AMBIENTAL CAUSADO PELOS RUÍDOS SONOROS PROVENIENTES DO AEROPORTO DE GUARULHOS AN ASSESSMENT OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT CAUSED BY SOUND NOISES COMING FROM THE GUARULHOS AIRPORT

Resumo

Este artigo tem como temática a “Avaliação do Impacto Ambiental causado pelos ruídos sonoros provenientes do aeroporto de Guarulhos”, considerando os impactos negativos ao homem e ao meio Ambiente. Realizou-se uma contextualização teórica tomando-se alguns autores como Fernandes (2002), Gonçalves (2008) e Berglund (1999). O objetivo principal foi avaliar o impacto ambiental causado pelos ruídos sonoros provocados pela operação de aeronaves no entorno do Aeroporto de Guarulhos. Os objetivos específicos foram descrever a atual situação em relação aos ruídos sonoros provenientes das operações aéreas no aeroporto de Guarulhos, descrever relatos da Infraero sobre o assunto, propor um sistema de controle de ruídos sonoros. Durante a pesquisa, analisando de perto a atual situação, detectou-se que, realmente, os ruídos são prejudiciais ao homem e principalmente ao meio ambiente e que a população sofre todos os dias com essa situação, mas também se sente impotente no sentido de contribuir para a resolução do problema. É interessante ressaltar o descaso dos órgãos competentes com relação a esses ruídos sonoros, pois, apesar de boa parte da responsabilidade ser das companhias aéreas que, em sua maioria, operam com aeronaves barulhentas e antigas, é visível que não há nenhum interesse, projeto, rigorosa fiscalização e autuação passível de multa para que esse problema diminua com tempo. Obviamente, é um processo trabalhoso que requer parceria entre as entidades Federais, Municipais e Estaduais, pois reporta-se a centenas de aeronaves pousando e decolando 24 horas por dia, mas se houver um projeto, é um problema que pode sim ser solucionado.

ABSTRACT

This article has as its theme the “Assessment of the Environmental Impact caused by the noise from the Guarulhos airport”, considering a negative impacts on man and the environment. A theoretical contextualization was carried out considering some authors such as Fernandes (2002), Gonçalves (2008) and Berglund (1999). The main objective was to evaluate the environmental impact caused by the noise caused by the operation of aircraft around the Guarulhos Airport. The specific objectives were to describe the current situation in relation to noise coming from air operations at Guarulhos airport, describe reports from Infraero on the subject, propose a system to control noise. During the research, analyzing the current situation closely, it was detected that, in fact, noise is harmful to man and especially to the environment and that the population suffers every day from this situation, but also feels impotent to contribute to solving the problem. It is interesting to highlight the neglect of the competent bodies in relation to these sound noises, because, despite the fact that a large part of the responsibility lies with the airlines, which, for the most part, operate with noisy and old aircraft, it is visible that there is no interest, project, strict supervision and fines so that this problem decreases over time. Obviously, it is a laborious process that requires partnership between Federal, Municipal and State entities, as it involves hundreds of aircraft landing and taking off 24 hours a day, but if there is a project, it is a problem that can indeed be resolved.
