AVIAÇÃO DE ASAS ROTATIVAS NO ESTADO DE GOIÁS: OPORTUNIDADES, DESAFIOS E PERSPECTIVAS FUTURAS ROTARY WING AVIATION IN THE STADE OF GOIÁS: OPPPORTUNITIES, CHALLENGES AND FUTURE PERSPECTIVES

Resumo

A aviação de asas rotativas, representada principalmente pelos helicópteros, é um segmento vital da infraestrutura de transporte no Estado de Goiás. Este estudo aborda oportunidades, desafios e perspectivas futuras da aviação de asas rotativas na região, com ênfase na problemática da falta de infraestrutura adequada para operações de pouso, decolagem e reabastecimento. Goiás tem se destacado no cenário nacional pela sua posição estratégica e pelo crescimento econômico acelerado, o que aumenta a demanda por serviços de transporte aéreo eficientes. A aviação de asas rotativas surge como uma alternativa capaz de superar as limitações geográficas e de infraestrutura terrestre. No entanto, a escassez de helipontos certificados e de pontos de reabastecimento distribuídos de forma estratégica pelo Estado representa um obstáculo significativo. Essa deficiência compromete a segurança, a eficiência e a expansão dos serviços aéreos, além de limitar o atendimento de emergências e o desenvolvimento de setores como o turismo e a saúde. O objetivo geral do trabalho é analisar o panorama atual da aviação de asas rotativas em Goiás, identificar os desafios enfrentados e delinear sugestões para o aproveitamento pleno das oportunidades que o setor oferece. A metodologia utilizou a revisão bibliográfica e documental em sites especializados. Os resultados indicam que, apesar dos desafios, há um potencial significativo para o crescimento da aviação de asas rotativas em Goiás. A implementação de políticas públicas voltadas para a melhoria da infraestrutura e a criação de incentivos para investimentos privados podem ser caminhos viáveis para superar as barreiras atuais e aproveitar as oportunidades futuras.

ABSTRACT

The Rotary-wing aviation, primarily represented by helicopters, is a crucial segment of the transportation infrastructure in the state of Goiás. This study addresses the opportunities, challenges, and future prospects of rotary-wing aviation in the region, focusing on the issue of inadequate infrastructure for landing, takeoff, and refueling operations. Goiás has stood out on the national scene due to its strategic position and rapid economic growth, which increases the demand for efficient air transport services. Rotary-wing aviation emerges as an alternative capable of overcoming geographical and land infrastructure limitations. However, the scarcity of certified heliports and strategically distributed refueling points throughout the state represents a significant obstacle. This deficiency compromises the safety, efficiency, and expansion of air services, in addition to limiting emergency response and the development of sectors such as tourism and healthcare. The general objective of this work is to analyze the current panorama of rotary-wing aviation in Goiás, identify the challenges faced, and outline suggestions for fully leveraging the opportunities the sector offers. The methodology involved a review of specialized websites and documents. The results indicate that, despite the challenges, there is significant potential for the growth of rotary-wing aviation in Goiás. The implementation of public policies aimed at improving infrastructure and creating incentives for private investment may be viable paths to overcome current barriers and seize future opportunities.
