ANÁLISE SOBRE A SOBRECARGA DE TRABALHO NA OPERAÇÃO SINGLE PILOT DURANTE CONDIÇÕES METEOROLÓGICAS ADVERSAS EM AERONAVES TURBO-HÉLICE ANALYSIS OF WORKLOAD IN SINGLE-PILOT OPERATIONS DURING ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS IN TURBOPROP AIRCRAFT

Resumo

Este trabalho analisa os impactos da meteorologia adversa sobre a sobrecarga de trabalho enfrentada por pilotos em operações single pilot em aeronaves turbo-hélice na aviação executiva. O aumento desse tipo de operação traz desafios, principalmente em cenários meteorológicos degradados que exigem decisões rápidas. O trabalho buscou identificar os fatores contribuintes para o aumento da carga de trabalho e seus efeitos nas tomadas de decisões. A fundamentação teórica baseia-se em estudos de fatores humanos, carga cognitiva e segurança operacional. Espera-se que os resultados contribuam para a melhoria do treinamento de pilotos e para o desenvolvimento de práticas mais seguras e eficientes na operação single pilot em aeronaves turbo-hélice na aviação executiva.

ABSTRACT

This study analyzes the impacts of adverse weather conditions on the workload faced by pilots in single-pilot operations of turboprop aircraft in executive aviation. The growth of this type of operation brings significant challenges, especially in degraded meteorological scenariosthat equire quick decision-making. The studysoughtto identify the contributing factors to the increase in workload and their effects on pilots’ decision-making processes. The theoretical framework is based on studies of human factors, cognitive load, and operational safety. The expected results aim to contribute to the improvement of pilot training and the development of safer and more efficient practices in single-pilotturboprop aircraft operations at executive aviation.
