UMA ANÁLISE DOS IMPACTOS DAS REGULAÇÕES SOBRE OPERAÇÕES AÉREAS NA ILHA DE FERNANDO DE NORONHA ENTRE OS ANOS DE 2014 A 2024 AN ANALYSIS OF THE IMPACTS OF REGULATIONS ON AIR OPERATIONS ON THE ISLAND OF FERNANDO DE NORONHA BETWEEN 2014 AND 2024

Resumo

Este trabalho acadêmico irá fazer um breve relato histórico da ilha de Fernando de Noronha, como começou seu processo turístico desde a extinção do Território Federal de Fernando de Noronha (TFFN) até os dias atuais, a localidade dispõe apenas dos aviões como meio de locomoção. O trabalho tem como objetivo geral avaliar de que forma a infraestrutura aeroportuária e as regulações de operações aéreas tem impactado o turismo na ilha de Fernando de Noronha e como objetivos específicos: avaliar a infraestrutura aeroportuária presente na ilha de Fernando de Noronha; identificar os problemas estruturais do aeroporto de Fernando de Noronha e avaliar o impacto da diminuição dos voos no turismo local. A metodologia utilidade para a realização do trabalho será descritiva, de natureza aplicada, com objetivo de caráter quantitativo. A coleta de dados será realizada por pesquisa em relatórios da ANAC e Labtrans sobre gestão aeroportuária. Espera-se como resultados obter informações se a estrutura aeroportuária tem impacto no turismo de Fernando de Noronha.

ABSTRACT

This academic work will provide a brief historical account of the island of Fernando de Noronha, from the beginning of its tourism development after the extinction of the Federal Territory of Fernando de Noronha (TFFN) to the present day, where the island relies solely on airplanes as a means of transportation. The general objective of this work is to evaluate how airport infrastructure and air operation regulations have impacted tourism on the island of Fernando de Noronha, with specific objectives including: evaluating the existing airport infrastructure on the island; identifying the structural problems of the Fernando de Noronha airport; and assessing the impact of reduced flights on local tourism. The methodology used for this work will be descriptive, applied in nature, and quantitative innature. Data collection will be carried out through research in ANAC and Labtrans reports on airport management. The expected results will provide information on whether the airport infrastructure impacts tourism in Fernando de Noronha.
